CANCELLATION POLICY

A 24-hour notice is required to reschedule/cancel. If notice is under a 24-hour window, a new deposit is required to book; cancellations or reschedules of the scheduled appointments will result in a new deposit + 30% of service is required to be paid to book again. Anything after 15 mins late will result in cancellation and charged the no show/cancellation fee
